Should Movies That Include Smoking Be Rated R?

If you haven’t heard, the MPAA has been facing a legal suit that could potentially lead to banning the imagery of smoking from all movies rated PG-13 and below. If the suit is successful, the MPAA will be forced to give all future films with smoking an R rating.
